EXPRESS

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day Royal Mail Tracked 24.

📦 Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on Saturday/Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

GUARANTEED NEXT DAY

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders placed before 1PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the following business day.

For weekend orders, any purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are processed within 0-4 business days before being shipped via Royal Mail's International Tracked service.

Incorrect or damaged item:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery here.

Changed your mind?
Non-personalised items: You can return the item within 14 days of delivery, but please be aware that you’ll need to cover the return postage. Contact us here to start the process.

Personalised: As all personalised products are made to order and customised specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Late Delivery:
If you’re returning an order because it arrived later than expected, please note that full refunds are only available if the parcel was dispatched outside of our stated processing timeframe. Orders that were sent within our timeframe can still be returned, but the customer will need to cover the return postage costs.
